Wilson Kageruka, an entrepreneur, started the remarkable “Tarama Rwanda” initiative in Kigali, Rwanda, in August 2020. This bright project has developed into an active center that supports the creative entrepreneurial industry in the arts.
Tarama Rwanda aims to reshape the ecosystems of creative and cultural industries, generating employment and income. Over 180 local and international artists and creatives have collaborated seamlessly with Kageruka’s vision, producing impressive masterpieces that embody the soul of Rwanda.
Tarama Rwanda has expanded from a small start with over 80 talents exposed at the festival of Tarama Rwanda nights, at the first event. now Tarama Rwanda has 420 members, and 310 of them are from Rwanda. This expansion results from the project’s significant influence on the local and international creative communities.
The vision is ambitious – reaching out to 10 million individuals or more and creating over 1000 jobs by the year 2030. This goal aligns with the passion and dedication that Tarama Rwanda brings to the forefront.

The inaugural meeting on January 8, 2023, marked a significant turning point despite low initial participation. A crucial general assembly convened at Envision Rwanda. on February 5, 2023, where the belief in Tarama Rwanda’s capacity to impact lives resonated throughout the venue.
On January 5, 2024, precisely, Tarama Rwanda gathered its members for another purpose-driven assembly. Sharing the highlights of 2023 and the ceremony, which introduced the 2024 plan, aims to promote human connection, advocating for unity and requesting supporters to accompany Tarama members on their incredible path.
