I Gati Way, Instinzi edition: The Blackout Inc knows how to throw unique party vibes by the lake. If you love great music and a stunning lake view, head to Falcon Muhazi on July 27. Oldies Music Fest: If you’re in the mood for some nostalgia with classic hits from the 70s, 80s, 90s, and early 2000s, this Saturday is your chance to shine. Dress up in your best 90s or 2000s outfit to fit the festival’s theme. Head to Juru Park in Rebero on Saturday, July 27, where a hot lineup of DJs will be spinning old-school music.

Ubumuntu Arts Festival: If you haven’t had a chance to attend the festival in the first seven days, don’t miss out on your last opportunity as it wraps up on July 28. This final stretch features dance, theatre, and spoken word performances that will blow you away. Celebrating its tenth anniversary, the festival runs until Sunday, offering a rich blend of themes on remembrance, reconciliation, and human resilience. In addition to performances from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Kigali Genocide Memorial Amphitheatre, the festival includes workshops on mental health, technology, and environmental conservation throughout Kigali.
Laid Back Sunday: On July 28, join Rwanda’s top DJs—Toxxyk, Pius, Pyfo, and Fidelo—as they say goodbye to the weekend with the best beats at Juru Park, Rebero. Starting at 1 PM, the “Instinzi Extended Celebration” will feature renowned Chef Issa serving his legendary Nyama Choma.
The event will be hosted by Joxy Parker and Tino, who will bring the energy and excitement live.
Instinzi Iganje: This Friday, July 26, enjoy a night of traditional music and dance to mark Rwanda’s 30th liberation featuring top Gakondo singers Mariya Yohana, Cyusa Ibrahim, and Indangamirwa from 6 PM at Barafous Garden, 5 Ndera Road.
