Nineteen artists are exhibiting their works at a Casablanca art event. These painters use color to communicate their feelings and ideas.
The event, “The Creator Heart,” allowed the artists to present their work to a global audience.
“I painted with so much love and emotion,” one of the participating painters, Mounia Wafi, remarked.
“We know the writer and journalist express their feelings through writing, the musician does it through musical notes, and the artist expresses emotions through colors,” she continued.
Every artist in the show has contributed at least four paintings that they have made using various mediums and methods.
The datamoshing visual effect was employed by artist Abdelkader Ammor to address the social implications of artificial intelligence.
The Social media use has produced a “hyper-society,” according to Ammor.
“I tried to bring hyper art to a hyper-society by trying to present a portrait of artificial intelligence,” he stated.
The artists painted on canvas, wood, and paper using a range of mediums, including acrylic, oil paint, and even cement.
French artist and guest Jacque Nougaro stated, “There are really very talented people who are self-taught and others who are trained in fine arts.”
December marked the opening of the show, which ends on January 20.
