There are basic normal things that one ignores but that are highly effective in their welfare like allowing plenty of clean, fresh air in their homes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fresh air increases the amount of oxygen in one&#8217;s body which supports white blood cells to function more efficiently.
