Don’t you ever feel like you need someone to genuinely check on you? You literally ask them questions not only because you want to hear them out but also because you want the questions to be returned. It’s like you’re asking for the same interest and attention from the same person that you offered yours. You want someone who acknowledges what you say but in a deep and profound way and accepts you without judgment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why would you need their attention not knowing what’s going to come out of it? What if that person doesn’t even validate your feelings? What if that person is not fully present and not even that curious? What if they are not sincere at all or open-minded? What could be worse is if they don’t even ask you the right questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All you need are questions that only you can answer freely at the same time enabling you to honestly assess your strengths and areas you need to improve, Here are some of the questions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • What am I grateful for today?<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • What motivated me today?<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Did I take care of myself today?<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • What did I do for fun?<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • What mistakes did I make and what lessons did I learn from them?<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Does today feel different than yesterday?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Keep in mind that these questions aren’t supposed to bury you or make you feel worthless That’s why whilst answering these questions you must be proud, and honest <\/em><\/strong>and pull-out constructive criticism from and for yourself. <\/em><\/strong>You only need these questions to allow stronger self-connection.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
